Description
The Hess Collection, which is now called Hess Persson Estates, is the company that makes this wine. About 80–90% of it is Cabernet Sauvignon, with a small amount of Petite Sirah, Merlot, Malbec, and Petit Verdot added for depth and flavor. The majority of the grapes are farmed in the Allomi Vineyard, which is tucked away in the gentle slopes of Pope Valley in northeastern Napa, California.
