This iteration of Zenne y Frontera is a Amontillado, Oloroso & Palo Cortado Blend

For this Zenne y Frontera, we blended lambikken originating from seven different sherry barrels; three Amontillado barrels, two Oloroso barrels and two Palo Cortado barrels. The barrels were sourced with two different bodegas: Josefa Pérez Rosado (closed) and Fernández-Gao (started up again in 2014).
