Sur Lie is a powerful, rich drink that is a perfect way to end a meal. It’s full bodied and round in flavor, thanks in part to the fact that the wine is aged on its lees (“sur lie”), which imparts flavors that complement the wine’s natural fruitiness with an underlying maturity. A blend of young and older wines, aged in French oak casks. Just incredible.

(1) Superstition Marion – 750ml

An homage to one of the most classic characters in mead history, Marion is named for Maid Marion, the legendary love interest of Robin Hood. Marion is one of our all time favorites at Superstition. It has won multiple awards over the years, including a Gold Medal at the Mazer Cup International in 2016. This craft beverage is an excellent expression of honey and berries, and pairs well with rich cheeses, charcuterie and dark chocolate. 4.3 Untappd.

(1) 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze Cuvée Armand & Gaston – 750ml

Blend of young, middle-aged, and old lambics, brewed by 3 Fonteinen. One hundred percent natural, authentic, spontaneous, and a bit stubborn, but always elegant and full of character. The Pure Passion, as Armand and Gaston have always done.
