The bespoke blend of straight bourbon and rye whiskey is finished for an exceptional 32 months in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks that previously held Jura single malt Scotch. Bottled at 104 proof (52% ABV), the extended finishing period adds remarkable depth while preserving the rich foundation of American whiskey.
The profile layers ripe fruit, caramel, baking spice, soft malt, toasted oak, subtle smoke, and sherry-driven dried fruit. Notes of vanilla crème, blackberry, mint, cinnamon, and cigar box contribute to its complex character.
